Female images in the literature of Fin de Siècle

The article examines three models of female images in the literature Fin de Siècle era. During analysis literary studies by foreign scientists, it was found that femininity dominate works era: femme fatale, fragile and enfant. scientific study provides a detailed description comparison above-mentioned artistic literature. first image, to be demonic temptress who leads ruin, lusts after hedonistic lover kills him extreme cases. image is mostly young woman with characteristically expressed sexuality. She very mysterious, attractive wavy, lush blond hair, pale complexion expressive eyes. A strong viable figure, whose appearance causes physical attraction men. Self-confident, untamed, unapproachable, typical "male" character traits. characters this men – their victim possess them but are at same time opposite "new" era realism, because they cannot get rid classical social hierarchy. second depicts white, pure women, like Madonna, sinless. holy reproduction ideal beauty time. In women from old aristocratic nobility were depicted (wealth luxury mandatory prerequisites for image), led life state absolute passivity peace. Characters saint usually exhausted, tired, nervous sick novels pulmonary tuberculosis (tuberculosis) or hysteria, which signals "spiritual elevation" elevates "unearthly spiritual beauty". third enfant shows an unusually beautiful, innocently girl pronounced childlike features character. similar fragile, "defender instinct" man and, realizing her own attractiveness, tempts seduces him, therefore, fact, beginning she potential representative fatale. Very direct playful, has "unlimited sexuality" combined childish timidity narcissism. enfant, siècle represented, closely intertwined flow each other. These stages development femininity: woman-child, woman-saint, woman-whore. However, not every destined go through all transformation.
